Light the Lamp Catering was started in 2023. It was started by cooking home cooked meals for a local men’s league hockey team. As I continued to cater their meals after the game, I saw something wonderful occur! The food brought the team closer together and it was at that moment that I knew I needed to share the food and the love with everyone. My father taught me that if you’re going to do something, do it right! Using my love of spice and flavor, I created some wonderful dishes that are sure to make your event memorable.
